Email Hosting

Having trouble with your custom domain email? Double-check your domain's DNS configuration or contact your hosting provider to resolve routing issues.

Domain(s) Hosted with DC

  • If your domain is hosted with DistributorCentral we would need the MX (Mail Exchanger) Records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc from the current host of your email.  You can send these to info@distributorcentral.com.

     

Email Hosted with DC

  • You can access your email by going through Webmail or logging into Rackspace directly.

NOTE: We no longer offer email hosted services as of January 2020.  Those who currently have email hosted with DC prior to that and still do, you would need to contact Support info@distributorcentral.com
