To cancel/void a customer order you will need to update the customer order status. Here's how:
- With your Customer Order loaded, find the Status to Customer section (shown below)
- To the right, change the order status to VOID by clicking the dropdown menu
- Once you've selected VOID as the order status you will no longer be able to view this order when searching for customer orders without first indicating that you want to search through voided orders.
NOTE: If you've already sent the PO to the supplier, please contact them directly to cancel if needed. Updating the customer order in DistributorCentral does not cancel the order with the supplier.
